2020 BCPVPA Board of Directors Election
Thank you to everyone who voted in our Board of Directors Election from May 26 – 28. Five members were elected as Directors of the Board for two-year terms that begin July 1, 2020.
- Tom Aerts, Principal, SD61 Greater Victoria
- Heidi Grant, Principal, SD91 Nechako Lakes
- Sid Jawanda, Principal, SD57 Prince George
- Brian Leonard, Principal, SD43 Coquitlam
- Jacqueline Taylor, Principal, SD22 Vernon
These members join the current Directors who complete their terms on June 30, 2021.
The current and newly-elected Directors will join President Darren Danyluk (SD6, Rocky Mountain) and Past-President David DeRosa (SD20, Kootenay-Columbia) as the 2020-2021 BCPVPA Board of Directors beginning July 1.
June 2019: Election for President-Elect and Directors
Darren Danyluk (School District 6, Rocky Mountain) will serve as President-Elect for a one-year term beginning July 1 2019, after which he will assume the role of President when current President David DeRosa completes his two-year term.
Five members were elected as Directors of the Board for two-year terms:

Carmen Eberle (School District 35, Langley)
Bev Forster (School District 54, Bulkley Valley)
Read Jorgensen (School District 61, Victoria)
Sally Zryd (School District 73, Kamloops-Thompson)
